It was built with input from patients, team members, and community partners to ensure it delivers the most important information in a clear and accessible way—connecting us all to the important resources and programs that support the needs of our community.

Our updated brand and visual identity reflect who we are as a team: inclusive, collaborative, and committed to the well-being of everyone in our region. The logo represents unity and connection across Haldimand County, emphasizing our role in providing team-based care and fostering healthy communities. The updated colours and visual elements convey trust, compassion, and optimism, reflecting the values that drive our mission.

HFHT was honoured to work with local partners SociallyInfused Media and Wentworth Strategy Group on this initiative, collaborating to develop a modern and accessible digital presence that represents the heart of what we do, guided by thoughtful strategy and a commitment to effective governance.
